Bish Mubarak is an innovative businessman whose higher education started with attending the University of Western Ontario for a Bachelor’s degree. The University of Western Ontario is easily one of the most highly respected universities in Canada, and Mubarak excelled there. He has been able to accomplish a great deal in the business sector. His steadfast commitment to superior business practices, exhibition of professionalism, and high integrity have carried him a long way. Those values have allowed Bish Mubarak to create several multi-million dollar businesses all over the North American continent. Mubarak got started early, in 1996, but after just two years he received his first big break in business. At only twenty-six years of age, Bish Mubarak founded TBG International. This is a business which experienced success immediately and later on became a leader in the deregulated energy industry north of the border, in Canada. In the early 1990s the energy sector in the United States was deregulated following several previous years of deregulation in other utilities industries.

Bish Mubarak is both passionate about, and successful in, mentoring individuals from various cultural, religious, and social backgrounds—a passion he has developed over the course of the last fourteen years. He has mentored over fifty-thousand individuals during that time. Most of those individuals continued working in the deregulated energy industry after his mentoring.
